All payments are processed using DPS Payment Express Payment Gateway for online credit card transactions.
All prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars, and are subject to change without notice. All prices are inclusive of GST.
All stock on-line is available in our store but not all our stock is listed on our website. If you see something in store that isn’t online let us know and we confirm availability.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
All our products are curated by our team at Paddington and we stand by the quality of everything we sell.
In the unlikely event we are unable to supply your order after you have confirmed purchase, we will refund you in full. Refunds will be issued by direct deposit to your credit card or bank account.
If you have changed your mind or would like to exchange your purchase, this isn’t a problem. Please email us at email@example.com and request an RA (Return Authorisation) number. We accept exchanges for credit or replacement, but not refunds. All shipping costs are non-refundable and return costs are the customer’s responsibility. All return requests must be done within 7 days of receiving the product.
All sale items are a final sale and are strictly non-refundable.
Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered. All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt. We will replace a faulty item if a replacement is in stock. Returns of faulty goods must be done within 7 days of receipt. If a replacement can’t be sent by us we will issue a credit for this.
Returns & exchanges outside of the time frames listed above will not be accepted.
We will only accept returns provided the goods are still in new condition. We will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been used or incurred wear and tear.
Shipping charges for all returns are non-refundable.
